Restaurant Nagai is a Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant. Nagai was founded in 2013 by chef Reina Nagai, who was born in Peru to Japanese parents and trained in some of the best kitchens in the world before opening her restaurant.
The menu at Nagai combines traditional Japanese techniques and ingredients with flavours and ingredients from Peru, resulting in a unique and delicious culinary experience.
Popular dishes include sushi rolls with Peruvian-inspired toppings, ceviche made with local fish and citrus juices, and grilled meats and vegetables with Japanese seasonings.
Some of our personal favourites are the Wagyu Roll, Black Cod, Tuna Tataki, and the Beef Short Ribs paired with a bottle of (red) Roda 1 wine. We also love the live music presented at Nagai almost daily.
Nagai has received numerous accolades since its opening and has become a must-visit destination.
