Can Mimosa is nestled in Santa Getrudis in a 200-year-old farmhouse eatery that exudes a peaceful atmosphere and is situated just behind the village's main square, allowing guests to indulge in an authentic and relaxed Ibicencan experience.
Can Mimosa is offering a weekly, delectable Sunday Roast with live music in the garden, as well as a variety of mouthwatering dished such as our favourites: Burrata, Slow-Roasted Chicken, and Seabass, that are sure to satisfy any craving.

There is a small playground for the kids near the fruit/vegetable garden, and the staff is always super friendly.
The seasonal menus feature only the finest local ingredients. The team is passionate about foraging for wild and unique ingredients.
Most of the fruits and vegetables are cultivated in the kitchen garden, which is fertilized with its own compost.
Additionally, Can Mimosa utilizes many local farmers and suppliers, most of which are within 4km, to provide them with farm-to-table produce daily.
